Candy Loop ("the game") is published by BySky Apps. This policy explains what data the game and its partners process.
The game has no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or location. An optional nickname you type stays on your device, and is shown on the weekly leaderboard together with a random anonymous ID created on install.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. These partners may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads, and, where you allow it, personalized ads. See how Google uses data.
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent on first launch and can change it any time in Settings > Privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Buying "Remove Ads" stops interstitial and banner ads.
Progress and settings stay on your device until you uninstall. Leaderboard entries are deleted automatically 3 weeks after each weekly board ends. Purchase verification counters are kept as daily totals without personal identifiers. Ad partners keep data under their own policies.
Our servers (Vercel, Upstash) and our ad partners may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Singapore, under their standard contractual safeguards.
Sharing your advertising ID with ad partners may count as "selling" or "sharing" under some US state laws. You can opt out any time in Settings > Privacy settings > "Do not sell or share my personal info".
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Our lawful bases are consent (personalized ads in the EEA/UK), contract (purchases, game features) and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, security). The data controller is BySky Apps, contactable through the developer e-mail under "App support" on the Candy Loop Google Play page. You can ask us to access or delete leaderboard data linked to your anonymous ID by writing to the developer e-mail under "App support" on the Candy Loop Google Play page (include the game name and the Player ID shown in Settings > Privacy settings). Uninstalling the game removes all data stored on your device.
We will post changes on this page. Questions: write to the developer e-mail under "App support" on the Candy Loop Google Play page.
